Meet our Teaching Team
Carmen C.
Owner/Director
Carmen established the Wilson Avenue Day Care Center in June 2012. Her Program
was selected by the NYC Department of Education in June 2018 to participate in
mandatory Pre-K Education for All. The Program has earned excellent annual ratings
from the Department of Mental Health & Hygiene.
Aulty G.
Pre-K Lead Teacher
Aulty earned her Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Mercy
College in May 2017. She earned her certification in Early Childhood in August
2018. She has served as Lead Teacher, responsible for our 4k Classroom since
September 2018.
Betsaida P.
Pre-K Assistant Teacher
Betsaida has served as Assistant Teacher of our 4K Classroom for the past two
years. She has been employed for the past four years in child care/teaching.
Betsaida continues to pursue her Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood
Education.
Sorelly B.
3-K Group Teacher
Sorelly earned her Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education from York
College in New York. She is currently pursuing her Master's Degree in Early
Childhood Education. As Group Teacher, she has managed our 3K Classroom
since September 2021.
